I've got a few questions about Citrix.
I had Citrix Presentation Server 3.5 installed.
I uninstalled, and installed a fresh install of Citrix.
Support at Citrix told me to download XenApp 5.0 and install, then install Feature Pack, then Feature Pack 2, then Feature Pack 3.
So I downloaded 5.0, and it is 4.5. Why is this?
I double-checked, the download says 5.0, but when it is unzipped, it says 4.5.
Is this okay? Will upgrading to the latest Feature Pack remedy this?
Also, I installed the newest version of License Server, have tried to import my license file. It says that the import was successful, but with a warning "Inconsistant Server Host".
When I have the Presentation Server Console open, on the status bar, it says my Citrix server isn't licensed.
One last question - should I attempt to get 4.5 all running well (with apps & server file, etc) before moving forward with the upgrades? Or should I just do them all first, then try to set up my server farm?
I'm hoping I can avoid spending another 1.5hrs on hold waiting for support, by finding some answers here!
