Citrix install problem

has anybody else seen this and found a solution?
(I have tried changeing the server time to GMT as some support items suggest but with no luck).

When installing presentation server 4 on Win2003R2 server I get this.

sitemgr.exe has generated errors
process id=0xeb4, thread id 0xc4c (3148)
