Citrix in multiple language options?

We have some japenese working through citrix VIA email, but when accessing there email in citrix they want to type or reply in Japenese! Is it as simple as installing a Japenese language pack on the citrix side of things?? Thanks in advance.

In PS4, japanese is installed as standard. BUT email program and server where it is installed should be in japanese language (at least email program)!
