Citrix MetaFrame Client for Windows2003 and XP Pro SP2 are not compatible, are they? The web page shows an application on an IE6 client window running under Win XP Pro SP1 but the link fails to run the server-based process from Program Neighborhood. Instead it tries to download?! The client will run the Citrix Metaframe client for Win32 just fine fr SP1, but not SP2 on the Win XP Pro.

Citrix .ica files are being identified as dangerous by SP2 and IE6 responds by not supporting the file type. Can I regedit things and get my IE6 to access web pages that start Citrix programs using my Citrix ICA Web client (non-java version)?

Upgrade the Citrix client. Either from their website or there is a copy on the SP2 CD.
