Hello there,
Have an unusual question. Has anyone had any experience hotsyncing palm handheld computers in a citrix environment?
specifically, i have written an inventory program for our palm computers using satellite forms and have written a conduit for data using Aaccess 2000 (the palms sync their data directly to an Access .mdb)
this all works fine in my stand alone development environment but now i want to put the Access application on our Citrix server and be able to hotsync to it from a network pc (i.e. i want to be able to install the hotsync software on the citric server along with the Access application and be able to hotsync to the application from a pc on the network)
i am running metaframe on the server now and have some access applications running under it presently (flawlessly i might add).
i would like to be able to, at a network pc, sign onto the Citrix access application that has the hotsync interface, connect a at the network pc, and hotsync to the app on the server. anyone have any ideas as to the viability of doing this?
