Citrix Help Needed

Hi All,

This question maybe in the wrong forum but thought I would ask anyway. We are using Citrix Meta Frame XP v1.0. Citrix shuts down sometime during the wee hours of the morning and then will only allow users to log on at 8:00 a.m. sharp. Any attempt prior to 8:00 is not successful.
We have tested the terminal server and its repsonding o.k.
The ICA Client does not respond until after 8:00 a.m.

Does anyone have any idea or can possibly point me to a source for assistance.

Hi there Ivan,

It sounds to me, ( a relative newbie to Citrix) that the problem may actually lie in the fact that the Group/Users are being denied Log on until after 8am as a result of the restrictions on them in Usermanager for Domains?

Are they able to access all areas of the network other than the Citrix farm or is it all over denial?

maybe worth a look either they are individually restricted or it is the whole group?!
