Citrix GoToAssist and GoToMeeting / GoToWebinar

Thinking about using Citrix GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar products. (We are currently utilizing GoToAssist for help desk support.) Since GoToMeeting/Webinar allow the user to give controls of their desktop to another person, would there be a need to continue with the GoToAssist services? It costs almost 5x as much as GoToMeeting and I'm pretty sure they do the same thing excep that GoToMeeting is easier and faster to log in & get started.
 
If you use AIM Pro, you'll find it's a business-class IM solution....and it allows for desktop sharing. It's been really good for us to provide remote-support to customers. And the best part is that it's FREE :)
