Thinking about using Citrix GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar products. (We are currently utilizing GoToAssist for help desk support.) Since GoToMeeting/Webinar allow the user to give controls of their desktop to another person, would there be a need to continue with the GoToAssist services? It costs almost 5x as much as GoToMeeting and I'm pretty sure they do the same thing excep that GoToMeeting is easier and faster to log in & get started.
