I am hoping that someone can help me! We are running a 3 server farm with XP Pro. A small handful of the users are having inconsistent font issues when using word templates. No matter which citrix server they are connected to, the font that the template is using (stplgaramond) will not be available; normally not a big deal, except for company font requirements. We are unable to recreate the problem. (I have tried logging on to each server as myself and as a test user, tested from PC and terminal). Any thoughts?

Citrix fonts, please help!

Have you tried recreating one of the users profiles that is having the issue? (ie delete on the citrix server and in their roaming profile dir).
