CITRIX FILE TRANSFER

First let me say that I know next to nothing about Citrix. Otherwise, I am fairly computer savy. What I would like to do is do the citrix equivalent of the dos Copy command
copy C:\blahblah\blah\*.blah Citrix\blahdirectory\blahdirectory

I am trying to upload some reports to the citrix server. Currently I have to go through the application I am using and browse and ctrl-c and then ctrl-v with my reports (this is the fast way). The slow way is to upload them using the application's method.

If this is too crytic, let me know and I will explain further.
