Citrix farm needs to access from internet... what way is the best..

Its difficult to say the best way to do this other than make it secure!
Citrix will alway point you at there box Secure Gateway but can be done equally as effective with other products.
Secure gateway is pretty cheap and does make life easy since thats what its made for.
I dont use Secure Gateway but get more flexibility out of the producet we use because we can add all sorts of access types to the network securely.
As always, it will be a trade off between how much you are willing to spend and how secure and functional you need it.
