Citrix Explorer refresh problems

In windows explorer, the globe in the uppper right corner will spin forever as if it's processing, and the status bar will display the correct number of objects, but nothing will be in the window. If you click on the pull-down menu or right-click the screen, all of the folders and directories will appear as if nothing was wrong. Same problem occurs with all browser windows like the control panel and printer windows and also with IE6 and web pages. Only some users are experiencing this problem. We are using Metaframe XP on a Windows 2000 Server SP3. Any suggestions?
