citrix error

Hi,
I am facing a new problem..If I do rdp to any of the citrix servers from citrix session, then if I try to log off from that server, it is giving an error message "Unable to log off citrix server.Please manually close connection and continue". Then I have to close the connection manually.

Pls. advise....

You're probably trying to close a first (citrix) session before the second (RDP). If the clip below doesn't clarify the situation, could you explain in more detail what you're doing?

From CTX104701 (It should apply to RDP as well as ICA):

"The message being displayed is not an error box, it is an informational dialog box. The issue only occurs when attempting to close the initial ICA session before closing the pass through session.

Example: A user connects to Server 1 from Client A, from server 1 an ICA session is launched to server 2. The message is generated when the user attempts to close the session initiated on client A instead of closing the pass thru connection on Server 1 first. If the pass thru session is closed and then the client session is closed, the dialog box will not be displayed."
