Citrix disconnection issues with SSL VPN

We have a number of users who are getting randomly disconnected from published citrix desktop via ssl vpn.
Some days they can be connected all day with no issues, other days, they can be disconnected 4 to 5 times. Totally random.
Enviroment: Juniper Netscreens, Citrix Presentation Server V3.0 running on Windows Server 2003 SP1.
Have keep alive settings on all citrix servers set to 60 seconds.
Any ideas? This is driving me nuts!

Are they the same users? If so, I would have the users look at internet connectivity issues on thier end...
