Citrix default printer

I have a very frustrating situation. I have a VB app using Crystal Reports 8.5. Within Crystal reports I select a default printer, which is a printer installed on the citrix server. When this printer is selected, local users cannot print to their default printers or specify a new printer. Remote users can print to their default printers. This only occurs on reports that have been set to a local printer. I cannot avoid selecting a printer.

Any ideas?

Try setting the printer in the report designer to NO PRINTER (after designing it with a more generic printer selected, like an HP 4 for instance)
