Just an FYI if you run into an issue where you have a client trying to connect and it just sitts at negotiating connection and never connects, disconnects and reconnects and never connects, or you get an error stating that there was no terminal services licensing servers avalible and there doesn't seem to be a wide spread issue. Try deleting the following key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store\LICENSE000
