citrix configuration

Getting the message "No Citrix Server configured on the specified address." Have checked connection type and login. Proper ports are open on firewall.
Any ideas?

Presumably this is from a remote client?

If so, then the client needs a way to find the server's address, if it does not hold the DNS IP in it's stack.

Try putting the IP of the server in the Server Location field in the client.
