Hello, Our remote Citrix users connect to PS4 servers via Web server3/gateway server using the web based client. My question is does Citrix leave a footprint on the client device? ie... are there any traces of citrix (ICA files, Cached information)on the client device once the user disconnects? if so, is there a way to remove any traces of citrix on the client device?

gdjodi,
The web client does leave a footprint on the client unless you are using the JAVA web client.

The JAVA web client provides a zero footprint client for thin-clients or fat-clients.

I hope that helps.
