Suddenly my Citrix apps are not responding when trying to launch them. This is happening via our web page launch of the client and the Program Neighborhood. Here is what is happening. We launch the Program Neighbothood and log a user (or an admin) in. We get the published applications (this part works. Logging in with different ID's will show the different apps they can use). When we launch an application it starts to launch but just leaves us with a blue screen. When you go to the "Open Connections" it does not list a connection to the server. It goes directly to the application. If you go to the properties dialog box it appears if there is no connection. This also appears to only be happening on new Dell D610 and Dell D410 machines. We have the same image on Dell C400 machines and it seems to be working fine on them.

Nothing is showing on the event viewer regarding this on either the server or client.

Idea's anyone?

Is there anytnig in the event viewer regarding licensing?

Nothing there. Actually if you look at the Terminal Service Licensing it shows that the machine gets a license. When the application attempts to come up (any application), it appears to try to load but just gives a blue screen (not the windows Blue Screen of Death). If you X out of the app it goes away. You can continue to work with other programs as well (locally installed).

Just an update. We have isolated this to just the D610 and D410 machines. This problem happens to new machines right out of the box. We found that there was a problem with the nic that's installed on these machines (Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller) and Virtual machine. The issue was very similar. Updating the driver fixed that issue. It did not fix this issue we are having.

Have you just installed tyhe Post SP1 rollup from Microsoft, if you vae then there is a hotfix from Citrix XE1042KR01 that does describe your issue, its number 71 or 72 in the issue list.
