Dear all

I've recently installed Word 2003 on Citrix. Users cannot see the list of the last documents that they used from the File menu within Word.

Admins can see the last documents that they used from the File menu.

Within Word 2003 and Tools, Options, General tab - the item for allowing/amending this is greyed out.

Where's the setting found to enable normal users??

Any help appreciated.

Many thanks

Tolan

tolanc,
Use the Microsoft ORK tools to predefine how many "last documents opened" are displayed in the file drop down list. Also...you will be able to adjust any other settings from this and then create your mst file.

Once you have your transform file...run the msword setup.exe with "transforms=c:\yourfile.mst" and that should populate all those fields for everyone.

Hope that helps.

Hi Enigma

Thanks for the response. We've tried this, the ork doesn't seem to be able to get it active either.

Any other suggestions?
