I have a problem with Citrix and remote working. I have two users that are using similar profiles but performamce of these differs???
Two use think client machines with a slightly lower specifcation than a laptop user.
The problem is that there is a 20 second delay when typing on the thin client machines.
When the laptop user logs into the thin client machine the performance is much better??? So I figure the problem is with the user profile.
The user with the better performace belongs to a few administrative groups but that is the only difference as far as I can see? The users are using different policies, can anyone give me some quick pointers as to where to look within the policy for restrictions that may affect performance?
