Recently, one of my user (let's call it USER1) has changed her signature on her outlook profile using work as her e-mail editor. For some reason this change affected all users in my citrix server that are using word as their e-mail editor. Every time they write a new e-mail the USER1 signature appears. Also when I create a new user profile the signature appears too. Can anybody explain why is this happening.
