Citrix and NAV 2006

Are there any known issues with NAV 2006 and Citrix. I have just started using a CITRIX connections and my PC keeps crashing.

When it starts it insists on doing a disk file verify. I have noticed that this process finds incompatible files which are NAV2006 files, usually Log or temp files. System restarts and NAV restarts.

It has now crashed 3 times in 2 days, is this just a conincidence.
