citrix and lotus notes...problem accessing mail

This is weird. I have people that want to archive their mail, but when they archive it, we get this message, "The parameter is incorrect". I put the mail database on a network share and I can open it. Does anyone know what's going on?

Could be a path problem on the server....??? Try adding the path in My Computer/Environment/Path.....

Nope that's not the problem. In the Citrix session, my drive c is there. When I copy the db out to a network share, I can read it, but when I try to look on my local drive (c) I get the message. Someone told me this is the way it was designed with terminal server but I don't understand why...

When you say local hard drive do you mean on the server or your client....???

If it's the server is it a shared folder...??? What about permissions....???

Are there any error codes appearing with the error...??? Are they notes error messages or NT....??? Does event log show anything associated with the error....???

Wouldn't imagine it matters where the database is...????
