Citrix and F1 context Help key error

I just added Help to an app, and all works fine on my development computer - but when running the app from Citrix (where it will be run from), the Help doesn't come up. it does not seem to recognize that F1 has been pressed. I have not had any other Citrix/.Net problems.

Does anyone know:

1) If there is a trick to getting Citrix to know that F1 (or other special keys) have been pressed?

2) Is this a problem that anyone else has had - how is it resolved?

3) Is it possible I just screwed something up and that this should not be an issue?
