Citrix and Avocent

Avocent is a KVM. It seems that the dongle is uses on the server keeps trying to map a drive which causes this error when trying to log into global desktop:

wfshell.exe - no disk

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \device\harddisk1\dr3.

Has anyone come across this issue?

Maybe there is a way to specify the drive the dongle uses to not connect with the ICA client when logging on...

I've had plenty of citrix servers on Avocent KVM's before without issue.

Yeah but are they USB or PS2? PS2 does not map the drive.
