We have a customer trying to get Avaya Communicator or IX workplace to run on Citrix.
How is it possible to achieve good quality calls over Citrix? anybody ever tested before?
Pretty sure neither is supported on a Citrix desktop. If custome rhave CItrix, we get them to run the softphone on the local machine and not from the Citrix Server.
