citrix access

We have just had a major rebuild of active directory due to a hardware failure. I myself as an administrator can access the published applications on citrix, but a common user cannot. I know it is a rights things, but I am a loss as to where to solve the problem. The user gets the following error when trying to access an applications published on the citrix farm (metaframe xpe - fs1)
"error in connection. The citrix server is not available, please try again later"

Help would be appreciated.

It also could be a licensing issue. Check both Citrix licensing and Microsoft Terminal Services licensing.
