We began our testing with Citrix AG and WI the other day from work, and were very pelased with the results. The published applications came up and worked really great. When I was home one day, I was showing a friend what we were workign on, and was surprised to see my browser tryign to download something called "launch.ica". Realizing that my computer had no idea what to do with these applications, some questions came to mind. We were under the impression that the web would take care of the ICA connection, and that the agent would be run web based, and that clients connecting from home would not need to download an ICA client. Is this wrong? Is there somewhere on the AG that we can set it to automatically download the client if the user does not have it presently installed?

My solution came in the fact that you can customize the access gateways main page, and I was simply going to put a link to the client on that site, but this seems overly complicated for the end user. Is there not a simpler solution?

We have a link on the AG - point , click , point , click , DONE.

We also have a link to citrix so that the technical people out there can download whatever they want to -- the "Users" one is a link from our server.
