Hi folks,
Citrix 4.5 installed on a win 2000 server. When in the Access gateway attempt to access licensing and connect to license server.
"Product cannot connect to licensing server, problem might be connectivity or licensing server not completed." - not verbatim!
Issue does not seem to be a firewall problem (netstat -a shows the license server is listening on port 27000 and I can remotely telnet onto this port)It can ping.
Have tried having the licensing server running locally at the access gateway with the same error reported.
Have restarted the wmi license interface, license configuration manager and citrix licensing server to no avail. Services all report they have loaded correctly.
Licenses all seem ok, basic startup-config one and then four other licenses for CALS.
I've not had a lot of practice fault finding citrix so any advice/suggestions/questions would be welcomed. Thanks,
