We are considering deployment of our web app via IE 5.5 with ssl or citrix 6, which includes ssl. Can anyone point me to a discussion of the strengths and weaknesses of each?

Your question is a little ambiguous:

What are you trying to do? If you have an application that can be delivered via a browser, then why even consider a Citrix solution?

You can't compare IE 5.5 with MetaFrame - one is a browser, the other is a set of utilities that extends the flexibility of terminal services!

Post back with more info, please :)
