Citrix 4.0 with WI 4.0

Dear All :
I have a strange problem ..
we have a Secure Gateway environment with Citrix 4.0 and WI 4.0

And when the users try to login the system ask them to login - and because it's the 1st time they are login the system ask them to change their password - A policy at my company ..

When they login the system is failing to update their passwords and give the error : The change password operation failed.

I tried from my office - I can easily change the passwords without any problem using the same technique ...

but from the client side - they can't !
is there anything may prevent something like this from the client side !
knwoing that I am using the same technique the clients are using to change the passowrd !
