Citrix 1.8 stops print jobs

Hello,

I have about 12 users on citrix. When they are printing, they will loss the print job from time to time. Once this happens the printer is lost and the user has to exit and log back in to reconnect the printer. Anyone have a clue?

What is your setup?
NT 4/1.8 Citrix
2000/1.8 citrix
2000/XPe or XPs Citrix.

Also, what citrix service pack are you on if 1.8, SP3 is the latest. If on NT 4.0 TSE are you on SP5 or SP6?
Also are all the printers on the TSE list of supported printers? Each of these could mean a different answer.

It's Citrix 1.8 on Win 2000 platform. I'm running windows SP2 and Citrix SP3. All the printers are supported by TSE.
