Citirx Timeouts and Hang ups

I am having alot of problesm with my Citrix servers locking up or dropping connection with the server. I am currently running Outlook over a 1 MBPS line to a Metaframe XP server farm with 2 servers. Any ideas on what causes this to happen I can usally get the session restarted but it causes problems for other users. If they leave the unit for 10 to 15 minutes it will hang the application.

is there a Screen saver activated ?

Is this wanted by the configuration in CCC (Citrix Connectoin Configuration) ?

When the user phone you sayng it hangs, what do you see
in CMC (Citrix Management Console) Down, Disconnected... ?
