Citel MCK Etender 4000

I am having a hard time trouble shooting the mck box that i have. Home users use this to to connect to the internet by phone. Most of the troubles experienced is choppy voice, timing out disconnecting, and not being able to connect. Does anyone have any solutions???

There could be a range of issues why someone outside of your network could disconnect... Maybe their network has issues. Run Wireshark on your machine and get an analysis of what is going on, on your network.
