any ideas..?
we have an issue on a site when an ip phone cant talk to a nortel handset via the gateway....they get dead air,phone rings data present on screen from calling ext but when the call is answered they get silence...?
it looks like the e2t card is ok from what we can see but it just wont go away,
At present we reboot the 3300/gateway and the issue goes but just comes back on a different sets
5220 and 5215 are the ip sets ...not sure of the nortel handsets but we dont think its down to them for sure
