Citel blade

Just installed a Citel blade.
Documentation is poor.
I have enabled autodiscovery and I am able to view ports in device list.
I plug in a Norstar T7316 and I see time and date.
I cannot access any keys and device status shows port in unknown state.
Help!
I have also completed upgrade to latest software version available from 3Com website.

Got the card and phone to work.
No I am having trouble with the button mappings.
Cannot find documentation for this.
Looking for info on all button mappings for Norstar telephones.
