Citel ACD Reader Board

I was wondering if anyone out there has experience with an ACD Citel Reader Board? Thanks for any info you may have...

This company said we need to install a PC with special software connected to a 2216 and the reader board. This is a new set-up to me. I was wondering if there's a place to get one that doesn't need all that? Thanks

the ones that i have installed did not need an interface, just a tn built as a digital set... i do not remember the maker

The PC with the software is not needed, it for a special application of the board. If all you want is the one ACD group you just program a DWC xxxx key on the 2616.
