CISSP - Physical Security experience

I am an IT guy and have diverse experience (Comp & Telecom & Physical Security) for last 8 years.

I want to take CISSP exam and my question is about Physical Security. While I was going to school for Master program, I worked as a full time Security Guard in government buildings and used all modern tools for secure the building and other equipments. Can I use (Security Guard) experience toward CISSP exam?

Now that I have thought more about this, I wonder if I could put my hotel experience down. I worked nights and was the only person on duty.
