We are currently running Ciscos IP Softphone v1.2 for our remote users. I am looking to trial v 1.3 which has some more features. Does anyine know where i can get a trial copy.

Or point me in the right direction.

Have you tried IPBlue yet? Its softphone kicks Cisco's butt and is the same price. I've heard from a Cisco rep that this will soon be the official Cisco softphone.

SBC are pushing IPBlue over softphone and they are supposedly Cisco's largest reseller these days. I installed the IPBlue client on my iPAQ PDA the other day with an 802.11b card in it... works like a charm!
