Hi everybody.i just installed ciscoworks 2000.but when i open windows explorer,the right part of the window (viewing windows) opens correctly, but the left part of the windows (navigation tree doesnt open)..i installed new version of java plugin...&IE 6.0...what could be the possible problem??? anybody have any ideas???

What is you platform for Ciscoworks 2000 Unix or Windows. I have problem with latest java plugin, I uninstalled the new version and installed Java pluding 1.3.1, and also if you have two version installed on the machin, that also not going to work.( I am talking java plugin on the Workstation)

You might want to think about upgrading CiscoWorks2000 to Common Services 2.2. This will allow you to use Java version 1.4.2 that is commonly used by HP Openview, CiscoSecure ACS, and newer programs. Depending on the contract it should be a free upgrade.
