ciscoworks mess !

Need help guys !
Am using ciscoworks2000 with whats up gold version 7.0, i can feel a strange feeling that this program is a mess !
can anyone help me ! i have a pix with 6 interfaces .. i can c my lan pc normally, but the problem is i cant c things working fine behind any other interface !
althought i enabled snmp on both the pix & the router behind the away interface !?!? can any one help me in the configuration of the pix so i can make sure ?!

one more question ! on the what's up gold ! what is the root deivce? is it my pix interface or what !
please reply ASAP !

Put your root device past the PIX where you want to seed the discovery. If it won't auto discover devices, then manually enter them. Is the problem that the PIX is stopping your CW2K box from findind devices?
