Ciscoworks -> 500 Server Erro

HI,
I am getting the above error when try to export an inventory list.
Ciscoworks CS 2.2
RME 3.5

CmfDbMonitor is also not running (its status says - Administrator has shut down this server).
Please advice on above problems.

You may want to rebuild the database...


Please go to

C:\progra~1\CSCOpx\bin

stop the daemon manager executing the following command

net stop crmdngtd

on the same directory run the following script
perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=ani dmprefix=ANI

All the info in the databases is going to be lost.

start the daemon manager

net start crmdmgtd

wait for 10 minutes before you log in to CW
