I have installed the following onto a Windows NT 4 server:
Windows NT 4
SP5
CiscoWorks for Windows version 5.0 with CiscoView version 5.0
CiscoWorks 2000 (Resource Manager Essentials 2.2 and CWSI 2.4)
Here is the problem:
Prior to installation of RME, I was using the downloadable TFTP server (version 1.x) from Cisco, which worked flawlessly. Apparently the RME has it's "own" TFTP server "plug-in" that it installs, which is not allowing any of my switches or routers (ie Cat5500, Cat8540, 7200 series Routers, etc) to upload their running-configs to this server. The switches and Routers are reporting their Syslogs to the server with no errors or problems.
I would like to know:
1. How do I get the RME's TFTP server to work?
2. How can I disable or "uninstall" the TFTP server portion of RME, which would allow me to go back to and reinstall the "stand-alone" download version of TFTP server, which was working in the first place?
Thank you very much in advance for your assistance and suggestions.
