ciscoworks 2000 PerformanceException message

i am getting this message from my cisco works for router 3600,can anybody explain it and tell how to overcome it.
InCharge Domain : DFM Router 129.3.5.20 PerformanceException - System is experiencing Port or Interface performance problems.
