CiscoWorks 2000 error: NMCS:Failed

Hi,
I'm working on a Sun Solaris system (rel. 2.8) and with this versions of Cisco Works 2000 modules:
CD One Fifth Edition - Version 2.1
Resource Manager Essentials - Version 3.4
Resource Manager Essentials Incremental Device Support - Version 3.4

When I try to download the configuration of some routers, I have this error message:
