Ciscoworks 2000 & Ciscoview

Hi. Can anyone help me here? We own Cisco Works 2000 and CiscoView. The product woks fine and we want to keep it that way. We've had some turnover here..so I have no clue what went into installing these products.

Here's the dilemma. My firewall folks are igrating from gauntlet to Cisco Pix firewalls. They hasve tasked me with the chore of obtaining from Cisco a "must have" list of ports, protocols & firewall rules that are needed, at a minimum, to keep these products working (so they don't get clobbered).

I looked on Cisco's web-site and have even opened a case #. No luck. Can anyonehelp?

Can't managed devices outside the firewall. Can only manage devices inside the firewall.
