We used a mulititech VOIP gateway to 4 digit dial into a vertical phone system. routing worked as should for our internal network calling. We have now swapped in a CiscoVG202 in place of the multitech unit and call routing is now utilizing outside Comcast network. Anyone see this before? NOTHING has changed on Vertical system. CiscoVG is the only difference in this scenario. ALSO, we have this setup at other locations and it works as should. CiscoVG202 config is the same and Vertical system config is the same.
