Hi

The 5505 port 0 is designated as the outside network interface. Is it possible to use another port as a backup to another ISP for auto-failover in case the ISP plugged into port 0 failed?

Regards

H

not really no - its a soho / branch office type device.

it does support dual wan with a licence, but no load balancing / fail over.

Ok, that must have changed in newer software.

I still prefer 8.2 because the NAT in 8.4 does my head in!

True, I guess I haven't been paying much attention since we never really use it.... worth a mental note now though ;-)
