I wasn't too sure where i should place this question. So I thought this would be a good location... (Move If needed)

Does any body have experince with upgrading Cisco Works LMS 2.6 to 3.1 on the same server? I got tasked to fix and upgrade our CiscoWorks. Just wondering if any body had any advice, tips? If was easy, hard or a head banger..
