cisco works 2000 on AIX "dmgt error"

We have Cisco works 2000 running on IBM AIX Unix. a strange behaviour we noticed is that once every 3 to 4 month CWSI fails to start and the only thing that brings it back is we re-initiate the database.

We now have a new problem. When we run the Startcwsiserver script to start Cisco works 200 it gives this error “error: connecting to dmgtd on “127.0.0.1” on port 42340 failed: connection refused”.

We went to Cisco site and found that this error has been reported before and we tried all there solutions but non-worked.
Did any on face this problem and fixed it? How?
